How much does shipping cost?
Standard UK (usually Royal Mail Second Class) is FREE on all orders. You can also upgrade to Royal Mail First Class within the UK to £1.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes we do, however at the moment we are only accepting international orders via The Treasured's Etsy store. International orders are usually shipped using Royal Mail's International Standard service. Please note that this is not a tracked service. If you would like tracking for your peace of mind, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with the items you are looking to order and I will provide a quote.
The Treasured is not responsibly for any customs/duties charges incurred.
How long does it take for items to be dispatched?
Orders are usually posted within 3 working days. If you need something sooner than this, please do get in touch and we will do our very best to accommodate.
Please bear in mind that dispatch may take longer than usual due to the coronavirus outbreak.
As soon as your order has been dispatched you'll receive an email letting you know that it's on the way to you. If you haven't received this within the above timescales, please check your junk mail and get in touch if you still can't find it. I'll be happy to confirm the status of your order for you.
How long does it take for items to arrive?
I usually use Royal Mail Second Class for UK orders and International Standard (not tracked) for the rest of the world. Royal Mail estimate the below delivery times from the date the item is dispatched (see above).
UK: 2-5 working days
Europe: 3-5 working days*
Rest of the World: 5-21 working days*
The Treasured cannot be held responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail or any other couriers once an item has been dispatched, though I will do our best to help resolve any delays. Please note that during the coronavirus outbreak there may be more delays than usual.
*International orders may be subject to delays with customs/the postal service in your country, which can last several weeks. This is out of my control.
For international deliveries, we are not liable for import duty and VAT charges that may apply.
I recycle packaging where possible so please remember that it's what's on the inside that counts! Where I don't have appropriate packaging to recycle, I use recyclable padded envelopes and board backed envelopes.
We're sure you'll love your purchase, but if you would like a return something please contact us asap for details of where to send your item and how the process works. You have 14 days from receipt to return your item. Please note that personalised/custom items are non-refundable.
- Item(s) should be returned in their original condition, unused and re-saleable, to the returns address on your package.
- You are responsible for return postage charges and we cannot be held responsible for any items that do not reach us. We suggest you obtain proof of postage and recommend a tracked service for higher priced items.
- The goods are your responsibility until they reach us, so please pack them carefully so they can’t get damaged on the way!
- We regret that we cannot accept returns for goods that are not in perfect condition.
- We’ll process your return asap (always within 28 days) and will email to inform you once your refund has been processed.
- We will refund the price you purchased your item at. This includes sale items.
- A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please note that the time it takes for you to receive the funds varies dependent on the banking service that you use.
- We are unable to refund items that are returned after 14 days.
- Certain items are excluded from returns due to hygiene reasons, i.e. earrings.
- Unfortunately, we don’t offer exchanges as we often have very small quantities of items in stock. However, you are always welcome to return your item for a refund and place a new order.
- If the product is damaged or faulty please email us with photographs within 7 days of the arrival of your package so that we can arrange a refund or replacement for you. Please note that we may require you to return your order to us.
