We're sure you'll love your purchase, but if you would like a return something please contact us asap so we can look out for it. You have 14 days from receipt to return your item. Please note that personalised / custom items are non-refundable.
- Item(s) should be returned in their original condition, unused and re-saleable, to the returns address on your package.
- You are responsible for return postage charges and we cannot be held responsible for any items that do not reach us. We suggest you obtain proof of postage and recommend a tracked service for higher priced items.
- The goods are your responsibility until they reach us, so please pack them carefully so they can’t get damaged on the way!
- We regret that we cannot accept returns for goods that are not in perfect condition.
- We’ll process your return asap (always within 28 days) and will email to inform you once your refund has been processed.
- We will refund the price you purchased your item at. This includes sale items.
- A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please note that the time it takes for you to receive the funds varies dependent on the banking service that you use.
- We are unable to refund items that are returned after 14 days.
- Certain items are excluded from returns due to hygiene reasons, i.e. earrings.
- Unfortunately, we don’t offer exchanges but you can always welcome to return your item for a refund and place a new order.
- If the product is damaged or faulty please let us know within 7 days of the arrival of your package and we will give you a full refund.
