Please note we are currently on annual leave. All orders placed during this time will be processed upon our return on 8th May.

Your order will be processed, packaged and posted within three working days (usually sooner). We'll make sure to send you an email once your order has been shipped so that you know it's on its way.

We charge three simple rates for postage to make it as affordable as possible. These are based on the size and weight of your item. Standard UK delivery is FREE when you spend £25 or more.

To check the cost of postage for your order, head to the checkout and enter your delivery details.

All items bar personalised gifts are sent via Royal Mail's Second Class service unless otherwise stated and should arrive within 5 working days of dispatch. 

A UK next day delivery option is available via courier at a flat rate of £8 per order. Please note that this is next day from the date of dispatch. All standard items will be posted within 2 days, whilst all personalised items take 2 - 5 days to be posted as they are made to order. If you need something sooner than this, please do get in touch and we will do our very best to accommodate. 

Please note that personalised gifts are made to order and posted direct from our manufacturers 2 - 5 working days after your order is placed. As such, you may receive your order in multiple packages. 

We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail or any other couriers once an item has been dispatched, though we will do our best to help resolve any delays. If your order has not been received after 10 working days from the dispatch day we will happily re-send your items, or refund your full order if the items are no longer available.

For international deliveries we are not liable for import duty and VAT charges that may apply for delivery outside the EU. Any customs delay that may occur is beyond our control.

We recycle packaging where possible so please remember that it's what's on the inside that counts!
