Buy British Day 2016, with our favourite brands including Hello Harriet, Oh No Rachio and Nikki McWilliams

Buy British Day

Independent British brands are at the heart of The Treasured's ethos, so I was really pleased to hear that today is Buy British Day. From JillyJilly in Fife to The Make Arcade in Salisbury, my favourite part about running The Treasured is working with lots of lovely designers and makers.

Whilst the main event is hosted at Kings Cross in London, there are plenty of wonderful British brands available online so you can support them without moving from your comfy sofa. If you can't find what you're looking for on The Treasured, why not check out some of my other favourites...

OH NO Rachio!

From handmade ceramics and pins to card and stationery, I just love Rachel's style. Don't forget to check out the OH NO Rachio! Instagram account for behind-the-scenes and lots of cute cat photos.

Little Nell

At some point (if Penny will have me) I hope to get Little Nell Jewellery on to The Treasured, but in the meantime shop her gorgeous jewellery here. I adore these hair clips!

Nikki McWilliams

This biscuit lady creates the cutest cushions and gifts featuring all of your favourites, from Custard Creams to Tunnocks Tea Cakes. She now sells pins and pouches too, which are bound to make perfect stocking fillers come Christmas. (Sorry, I know saying the C word this early is frowned upon.)
